LEADERSHIP GIVING
Leading the way for others to follow . . .

Ted Schad Circle – named after Lou Ana’s founder, Ted Schad, because of his community leadership in the corporate field. Mr. Schad and his wife, Nell, were out in the community, leading the way, supporting programs that made a difference in the lives of many. The Ted Schad Circle is made up of corporate givers of $1,000 or more.

Outstanding Employee Teams – employee teams who unite to raise funds for the campaign through payroll deduction and special events are recognized for their leadership skills of team-building and cooperation.

Kurtz-Christian Fellowship – named after Edna Kurtz and Lorena Christian, who were instrumental through a Woman’s Club initiative in the formation of the United Givers Fund in 1957. The Kurtz-Christian Fellowship is made up of individuals and employees giving $1,000.

Campaign Underwriters – a sponsorship program to help keep the costs of the campaign to a minimum. The sponsorship of $1,000 allows more of the employee donations to go towards services.
