Volunteer Management Workshop

Registration is closed for this event
Volunteering should be positive, rewarding and meaningful for both the volunteer and the nonprofit. This three session volunteer management training can improve volunteer recruitment and supervision efforts, provide tools to more effectively place volunteers within organizations, help organizations better leverage volunteer capacity, address problems and provide more rewarding experiences for volunteers. Volunteer Louisiana tailors this training for a specific area and non-profit needs.

St. Landry-Evangeline United Way, in partnership with the Volunteer Louisiana Commission, is hosting a training series developed by the Points of Light Foundation.
