Partner Agency Application
The deadline for funding for 2005 has passed. Check back in August of 2005 for the application for 2006 funding. Only non-profit organizations with a 501 (c) 3 IRS status will be accepted. Other documentation such as most recent audit, IRS 990, Board of Directors list, Minutes for the past year, licenses and certifications if applicable and other documents as requested by the Fund Distribution Committee.

Granting Resources
A program of St. Landry-Evangeline United Way, applications for assistance will be accepted on a quarterly basis as funds are available (deadlines are March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31). Applicants must be determined by the IRS to be a 501 (c ) 3 organization. All documents listed in the Partner Agency application will be requested. Assistance may be in the form of providing a grantwriter, assistance in writing a grant, or grantwriting class. Other assistance may be software and training. No funds will be paid to the applicant, but will be paid on the applicant's behalf if application is approved.
