Boogie Ball 2017
St. Landry – Evangeline United Way is hosting the SPOOK-TACULAR annual BOOgie Ball and Silent Auction on October 28, 2017 at the Delta Grand in Opelousas (costumes optional!). This annual event has come to be known as one of the best cause-related events of the year! As you enjoy great food, music by SOUTHWINZ, a large array of auction items to meet every budget, and a costume contest, your support and participation will help to ensure that the almost 20 local non-profits in our community remain viable as they serve the critical and increased needs facing our community and families. These needs are related to hunger, financial instability, emergency needs, illiteracy, access to health care and prescription medication, the elderly and disabled, crime, teen pregnancy, domestic violence and much more.
