The Annual Campaign begins in August and winds down in late fall of each year.  During this intense campaigning, volunteers move about the community bringing awareness and educating citizens about United Way, its initiatives and goals.

While the bulk of the funding comes from workplace campaigns which give employees opportunities to have donations deducted from payroll, United Way solicits and accepts donations from small businesses, individuals, and groups.
